How do you send your orders?
Orders are either shipped using UK Royal Mail, or an alternative courier service such as UPS and UK Mail. The chosen shipping method is based on the order value, weight of the order and where it's going to, but we are always careful to select the most cost effective and efficient service for our customers.
Why do you need my contact telephone number?
We ask for your telephone number in case we need to send your order using a courier service, as they typically need this in case they need to get in touch about your delivery. Please be assured we will not pass on your details to any third parties, and will only contact you by telephone if entirely necessary.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately sending goods by airmail or courier service from the UK is expensive, but please be assured we always do our best to find the most cost effective and efficient way to get your goods to you. And if we find that you've paid too much postage we'll refund you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- orders within the UK should arrive within 3-5 working days.
- orders to Europe should arrive within 7-10 working days.
- orders to all other destinations should arrive within 10-14 days.
How can I contact you about my order?
If you have any questions about your order please email us at email@example.com and we'll reply as soon as possible.
I need a VAT receipt – how do I get this?
VAT is included within our prices on orders to the UK and Europe, apart from orders of magazines and books, which are 0% rated. If you require a detailed receipt of the VAT you've paid, please contact Polly at firstname.lastname@example.org where she'll be happy to help.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns on faulty items, or items severely damaged during transit. If you're not happy with your order please contact us on email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order to and we'll help with your return.
